Get Your Goat: Original Parts Group ‘64-’68 GTO Emblem
By Kevin Whipps
Wondering why there haven’t been a lot of posts recently? Well, sorry to say, but I was out and about on my honeymoon. That’s right, ladies, I’m off the market. No longer will you be able to get a piece of this 275 lb, tattooed hunk of flesh. Instead you’ll have to settle for my brother. Except I don’t have a brother — I just pretend I do, so I can have at least one friend.
While I was gone, though, all I was thinking about was custom cars. Doubt that? Just ask my wife about how I called out for a reproduction GTO emblem for a ‘64-’68 Goat while we were having sex. It was apparently “inappropriate.” Fortunately for me, though, that part does exist, and it’s made by Original Parts Group, a company famous for making cool repop versions of hard-to-find parts. This particular item is popular among GTO enthusiasts, as well as those who want to make their Pontiac look like a GTO, and you too can have one for your next project if you mosey on down to their website. While you do that, I’ll be doing my wife’s nails, because that’s what we do now on Tuesdays.
