When getting rid of the nasty things on your car like moldings, door handles, and taillights, one mod shows up on a lot of people’s lists: shaving the mammoth gas door. Problem is, though, cars need fuel and, therefore, a way to get the fuel into the car. What’s a customizer to do?
Hagan Street Rods sells these fancy gas doors, which sounds at first like you’re defeating the purpose. Thing is, these doors are small — really small, in fact. You can close them easily with a magnetic latch. You can put them in any type of panel you want, from a curved fender to a flat bedfloor, but better yet, you can choose from different shapes and options. Pick a teardrop shape, or a square, or a nice circle if you’d like — just pick whatever you want, and they’ve probably got it. Now you can finally put fuel in your car.
