Project Hellbent: Bringing A Car Back From The Dead

I was sitting around the garage talking with my buddy about custom cars and the different types of builders there are out there when he brought up a story about his friend Skim. Skim really wanted a ‘61 Impala convertible, but he couldn’t find one for a decent price. After a long time searching, he came upon this beat-down car that’d been sitting in a ditch in Oklahoma with a car on top of it, and it was yanked out of said ditch by the core support. Then my friend emailed me a link to a series of forum posts detailing the build, and I gotta say, it’s impressive. Currently the car is being blocked and prepped for paint, but follow along for more info.
