CES: Alpine’s Project Cars

Remember CES, that thing that was last week? We wouldn’t know of course, we didn’t go. Instead Sean went and bought a pony, Chuck decided to detail his Ferrari instead of the Lambo, and I redeemed my food stamps for a 12 pack of Schlitz.
I kid. Chuck has a Porsche.
Anyways, one of the big events every year is Alpine’s project car debut, like the Mercedes mash-up pictured from last year’s show. Of course we have no idea what they did this year, but we do know how last year’s car was built. That’s because Alpine posts ridiculously detailed photo galleries on each of the projects they’ve done the past few years, including all sorts of cool build photos. Go ahead and burn an hour learning how fiberglass works, because I did, and I polished off a Schlitz too.

This years demo vehicle was the boat they have on the page. They debuted their new line of marine audio at this years show and chose the boat as this years demo project.
