Hot Wheels + PPG = Free Sema Trip (Maybe)
By Kevin Whipps
Everyone has a project in their garage that needs some paintwork. It might be rusty right now, but with a little time and effort, maybe it’ll be ready for paint sometime soon, right? If that sounds like you – and you’d like to go to the SEMA show this year for free — you might want to consider the Hot Wheels Spectraflame series, part of PPG’s new Vibrance paint collection.
If you paint your ride one of those 12 colors, you’ve got a chance to be a guest of PPG at the 2008 Sema show – and your ride could end up on display at the biggest industry show of the year. As if that wasn’t enough, PPG’s going to make a 1/18th scale Hot Wheels verios of the winning paintjob, and you’ll get one of those too.
That’s not too shabby.

great idea and perfect timing too> I’m think about a new paint job since my truck is getting body work now.
Thanks!
