Bosch’s Icon Wipers

Why shouldn’t your look clean and sleek like your body lines? They should, and that’s why Bosch offers a line of wipers that do away with the old metal frames that to which we’re accustomed, offering instead this sweet new curved look. They’re very modern, but available for older vehicles as well.

You probably won’t notice much of a difference in the rain, but it really cleans up the look of your car in the dry. Plus, Bosch claims that these blades will last 20% longer than other premium wiper blades.

The blade includes an integrated spoiler to keep the wiper firmly against the glass at speed, and the wiping edge is especially finished to make sure you have a nice clean glide with no chatter.

Expect to pay about $19-25 on the street, depending on your application. Remember, you’re not just paying for wipers — you’re paying for style. And if you’re replacing similar-looking blades that you had from the factory, these might very well be cheaper than what the dealer is offering you.

I just put a set of these on my car. I like how they look, very clean, and they were about the same price as the dealer spec wipers.

They work fine - what more can you really say about wipers?

Who buys wiper blades from the dealer?

And is that $19-25 a pair or each?

I’ll give em a shot though, look pretty slick.

I used to buy Bosch blades every year, being the most recognized brand that fetched the most premium price in the blade aisle. They always worked the best but like all the rest, faded after a full summer season of baking in the sun. Rubber’s not UV friendly.

Since then, I’ve tried the silicon ones by PIAA, an unlikely mfg of wipers. They have the same metal frame but I’ve had them now for close to 6 years and the same pair still work beautifully. 20% sounds good, 600% even better.

These looks great compared to those metal frames for sure. I hope they release these in a silicon version one day.

    JK, prices are for each.
